Our organization seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of Front Desk Associate. This position is responsible for managing the front office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting facility services.


Key Responsibilities

* Meet and greet visitors in a warm, professional, and polite manner
* Answer main incoming phone lines and direct calls internally where possible
* Maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation
* Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by Line Manager

While working closely with other teams, the successful candidate will ensure a seamless experience for our clients. They must possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have experience in reception or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office applications and good time management skills are also essential.


Requirements

* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact with clients and colleagues effectively
* Time Management: Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Administrative Experience: Prior experience in reception or a related field
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications
