Overview
Are you passionate about sports, travel, and events? We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Events Administrator to join our team on a full-time, office-based basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the smooth delivery of luxury golf travel experiences across Ireland, Scotland, and the UK. You’ll play a key role in coordinating tournaments, managing supplier bookings, preparing client documentation, and ensuring flawless execution behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
Supplier Booking & Coordination
* Manage bookings with golf courses, hotels, transport providers, and restaurants.
* Maintain accurate records in internal systems and follow up on outstanding confirmations.
* Build strong supplier relationships through clear communication and organisation.
* Process payments and issue client requests as needed.
Document Preparation & Data Management
* Prepare and issue client itineraries, vouchers, and welcome packs.
* Maintain accurate tour files, contracts, and booking records.
* Double-check all details to ensure error-free delivery.
Operational & Administrative Support
* Support the events team with logistics, scheduling, and supplier liaison.
* Track invoices, payments, and supplier documentation alongside finance.
Office Administration
* Assist with office duties such as ordering supplies and shipping materials.
* Contribute to operational reports, stats, and team updates during busy travel periods.
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years’ experience in administration, logistics, or operations (ideally within travel, tourism, hospitality, or events).
* Proven ability to handle high-volume workloads and tight deadlines.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or tour management system knowledge a plus.
* Interest in golf, sports travel, or luxury tourism is highly desirable.
