Job Description
We are seeking a Project Management Professional to join our team. The role involves management of site safety, quality assurance, project schedule, costs, day-to-day site operations, and sub-contractor activities.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for:
* Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the project team and site safety advisor.
* Management of Site QA in conjunction with Quality Assurance Manager.
* Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Project Team, Engineers, and Client Requirements.
* Management of all costs associated with Projects including Labour, Materials, Plant, Equipment, Variations, Valuations.
* Management of all day-to-day site operations.
* Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.
* Ensure weekly meetings with sub-contractors.
* Management of Mercury In-Progress snagging system.
* Issue direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours to time administrator for central tracking.
* Attend Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings, and Handover Meetings.
* Close out of all project items including Final Account, Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, Quality File, Material, and Plant Relocations, Project Plan – with support of site project manager.
* Upload to Project Filekey system with support of QS, internal weekly progress report rolled up from project supervisors report.
* Issue external weekly progress report to all stakeholders highlighting areas not available, delays, design shortages, third-party hold-ups, and percentage.
* Maintain and file all sub-contractor documentation including safety documentation for future reference.
* Close out all project items including Final Account, Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, Quality File, Material, and Plant Relocations, Project Plan – with support of project team.
* Issue weekly safety statistics and project labor projections.
* Hold weekly commercial meetings with commercial team to ensure all variations are captured and costs issued to clients.
* Develop and implement company procedures with package managers.
* Ensure change management is handled correctly (Cost & Programme).
