Financial Operations Coordinator Role

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to support our financial activities and provide essential administrative assistance.


* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections, to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
* Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records to ensure compliance with accounting principles.
* Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, as well as financial audits, to guarantee financial accuracy and transparency.
* Process and record company expenses and revenue returns in accordance with established procedures.
* Provide general office and administrative support, including managing supplies, coordinating schedules, and handling correspondence, to maintain a smooth operational environment.
* Maintain financial and administrative filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents and records.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials to support business decisions and communication.


* Proven experience in accounting and administrative support roles.
* Solid understanding of AP, AR, and general accounting principles to ensure accurate financial management.
* Proficiency in accounting software (SAP B1 desirable) and strong Excel skills to efficiently manage financial data.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
