We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic Finance team in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily tasks including monthly and year-end close, journals, accruals, prepayments
* Manage weekly and monthly bank reconciliations, including client accounts
* Maintain the fixed asset register and provide support with management accounts
* Process AP/AR transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
* Prepare/update cash flow schedules and assist with VAT/PAYE filings
* Assist with payroll and audit preparation
* Contribute to internal financial controls and reporting
As an experienced finance professional, you will have exposure to a wide range of accounting functions and strong potential for future growth.
Requirements:
* 13 years experience in a finance/accounting support role
* Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
* Experience with Sage Intacct or similar systems preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach
