We are seeking an experienced ICT Field Engineer to join our team as an on-site support specialist. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving end-user hardware and software problems, documenting solutions, and communicating with the Helpdesk.
Job Description:
* Candidate must have at least 4 years of experience working in a Level-2 Helpdesk role.
You will work independently with minimal supervision providing hands-on technical assistance for customers or internal stakeholders.
