The Role:
As part of our
Business Development Team
, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and helping organisations solve their talent challenges through tailored recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new client acquisition through outbound sales activity.
* Develop lead generation strategies and set appointments with potential clients.
* Manage the full client sales cycle from introduction to deal close.
* Build lasting relationships with clients and understand their recruitment needs.
* Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure delivery of top-tier candidates.
* Stay informed on industry trends and market insights.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 1 year
in a KPI-driven sales role (B2C, B2B, SDR/BDR).
* Proven experience in
outbound phone-based sales
.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A self-starter with ambition, resilience, and the drive to succeed.
* No IT or recruitment experience necessary – full training provided.
