Your focus will be on understanding client needs, strategising to meet their objectives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills.Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clientsUnderstand client goals, needs, and expectationsStrategic Planning:Develop account plans aligned with client objectivesCollaborate with clients to identify business opportunitiesLead cross-functional teams to deliver services/products on time and within budgetProvide guidance and mentorship to account teamsCommunication:Effectively communicate with clients to convey strategies, updates, and project statusesEnsure clear internal communication to align teams with client expectationsRevenue Growth:Identify opportunities for account growth and upsellingAchieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growthProblem Resolution:Address client concerns promptly and effectivelyCollaborate with internal teams to resolve issuesMarket Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends and market conditionsUse market insights to propose innovative solutionsContract Management:Oversee contract negotiations and renewalsEnsure contracts are compliant and meet both client and company expectationsRequired Skills:Proven track record in Senior Account Director or equivalent leadership roles, ideally within the technology consulting or services sector.Extensive experience in selling technology solutions, such as digital transformation programmes, data visualisation services, or cloud migration projects (preferably with AWS or Azure).Demonstrated "land and expand" expertise, with 10+ years' experience at Account Director level, successfully driving client growth and clearly articulating the impact of your account leadership and revenue expansion.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesAbility to analyse data and market trendsEffective problem-solving and decision-making skillsCustomer-centric approach with a focus on client satisfactionAbility to think strategically and contribute to business growthWhat’s in it for you:An opportunity to join a fast-growing companyOptions for career advancementLearning and development opportunitiesFlexible working environmentCompetitive salaries based on experienceEqual Opportunity Employer:Amach is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
