About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative part-time Receptionist to join our team based in Mallow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet clients at reception with a professional approach
* Manage a busy switchboard, prioritizing calls and ensuring timely responses
* General management of reception, including organizing couriers, domestic maintenance, archiving, and other duties as required
* Liaise with the accounts department and other teams to provide administrative support
* Ensure the smooth running of the office, including meeting room bookings and set-up, catering arrangements, and post management
Requirements:
* 2-3 years experience in a similar Receptionist/Administration role
* Hold a relevant secretarial/administration qualification and have achieved an excellent level of proficiency
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including email, word, excel, is essential
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider administration team
* Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is a pre-requisite for this role
