This position is funded byCORRIBand is availableimmediatelyfor a duration of 2 years.The position may be extended withadditionalfunding availability.Hybrid working arrangements may be considered after 6 months for this position as per University Policy.
TheCoreLabNon-Invasive Imaging Analystis in charge oforganising the handling,assignment,screeningand analysisofnon-invasivecardiac investigations related to the clinical research activities of the CORRIBCoreLab,University of Galway.
This research post will have a line of reporting into the Medical Director of the CORRIBCoreLab .
Salary:
Research Assistantalary scale €33,291- €43,372per annum, (subject to the project's funding limitations), and pro rata for shorter and/or part-time contracts.
The default position for all new public sector appointments is the 1st point of the salary scale.
This may be reviewed, and consideration afforded to appointment at a higher point on thepayscale(subject to the project's funding limitations), where evidence of prior years' equivalent experience is accepted indeterminingplacement on the scale above point 1, subject to the maximum of the scale.
