IT Field Engineer
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a field engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and cloud systems.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and clients to deliver new IT solutions and ensure successful project outcomes. They will also be responsible for documenting installations, configurations, and project activities to maintain compliance with relevant standards.
* 2+ years of experience in network/server support and installations is required.
* Familiarity with LAN/WAN, network services, and security principles is essential.
* Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, RDP, and other networking protocols is necessary.
* Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, and VMware vSphere/ESXi is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with firewall configuration (Fortinet or similar) is beneficial.
* Exposure to wireless network implementation is advantageous.
