This role will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of the business by managing projects as assistant to the Creative Director & Production Manager, coordinating projects, and ensuring the team operates efficiently. You will contribute to maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment.Key Responsibilities:Bookeeping and Administrative SupportTrack timesheets and Prepare PayrollMake Payments and keep accounts software up to date (Xero)Manage the PO system and develop with support of team.Organise Prodution Meetings with ClientsOrganise Build Meetings internallyUpdate all projects on our systems (CLickUP)Liase with Suppliers and VenuesDraft Production Schedules & RAMS as required.Calendar & Project Admin CoordinationManage the company calendar, scheduling meetings, project deadlines, and other important events.ResearchAssist in conducting research projects delivering reports on findings.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in bookeeping or accounts is essentialProven experience in a Creative or event business is essentialExperince with event fabrication or production is a bonusStrong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Email, Docs, Sheets, Slides etc) and other relevant tools.Familiarity with project management software (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, ) is highly advantageous.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A proactive and solutions-focused attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Employment Type: Remote/onsite are both options depending on candidate.How to Apply:If you are a highly organised individual with a passion for supporting a fast growing business, we would love to hear from you.
