Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
As a senior quantity surveyor, you will be responsible for cost forecasting, valuation preparation and subcontract management. You will also need to negotiate contracts, manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
You should have excellent analytical skills, be able to work under pressure and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
