Red Chair Recruitment are presently recruiting for a receptionist for our financial services client in Killarney, County Kerry. You will provide a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-of-house service while supporting the wider office team. You will handle enquiries, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the secure handling of confidential client information. This is a full time, in office position in Killarney.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and email enquiries promptly.
* Manage appointment scheduling and maintain meeting room calendars.
* Handle client documentation and sensitive information with strict confidentiality and in line with compliance requirements.
* Maintain an organised and tidy reception area at all times.
* Assist with the preparation, scanning, and filing of confidential documents.
* Support advisors and management with general administrative tasks.
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
* Uphold company brand standards and ensure a high level of customer service.
Skills & Qualifications
* 1+ year experience in a receptionist or administrative role (financial services experience an advantage).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information securely.
* Professional and polished telephone manner.
