Job Title: Lead Care Professional
Our client seeks a highly experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Lead Care Professional. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in managing residential services and providing high standards of support to those using the service.
* The successful applicant will have at least 3 years of managerial experience in a social care setting, with a professional degree (min level 7) in social care or a relevant qualification.
* A working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care is essential for ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality support.
* The ideal candidate will have a full driving license and access to own transport, as well as experience in managing residential services, and a Level 6 management qualification is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities include providing leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support, and promoting a culture of respect and dignity within the service.
Working hours will be standard Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with occasional overtime required to meet the needs of the service. The successful applicant must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
