Key Responsibilities Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, including assessment of controls and processes, preparation and review of audit documentation, reports, and client correspondence.
Manage projects, ensuring client deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Collaborate with international audit teams to ensure consistent service delivery across offices.
Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff, fostering professional growth and career development opportunities.
Manage client billing and adherence to budget timelines.
Potential for international travel to support global client engagements.
Requirements Degree in accounting or relevant field; ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
5+ years of external audit experience in mid-tier or large accounting firms.
Specialisation in financial institutions, such as banks, insurers, pension funds, or asset managers.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication skills with business acumen; team player with ability to manage multiple priorities.
