We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Coordinator to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services for young people in residential settings.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a supervisory/management capacity, with a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes through effective team management and strategic planning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing two residential services in Greystones, Wicklow, and will work closely with our team to develop and implement programs that support the growth and development of young people.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing leadership and guidance to staff members
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures
* Coordinating training and professional development opportunities
* Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A Bachelor's degree in Applied Social Studies or a related field
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory/management capacity
* Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
