Your new role as Engineering Team Manager
1. Oversee and coordinate all activities of the mobile engineering team, both on-site and off-site.
2. Develop detailed work plans to ensure efficient scheduling, assignment, and execution of tasks.
3. Prioritise work requests and orders based on urgency and available labour hours.
4. Conduct field inspections and assessments to evaluate the condition of facilities and assets.
5. Update safety files to meet IW specifications and incorporate any project changes or additions.
6. Assist in implementing the capital replacement program, ensuring compliance with PSCS requirements, and managing the program and budget.
What you'll need to succeed as an Engineering Team Manager
7. Candidates must have an engineering degree.
8. Fluency in English is required.
9. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or environment.
10. Practical experience in coordinating site activities.
11. Hands-on experience with Health & Safety in both site activities and design assessments.
12. Good knowledge of planning, monitoring, and controlling projects.
13. Ability to solve or pre-empt problems effectively.
What you'll get in return
14. Salary up to €70,000 plus bonus.
