Overview:
Sheils Motor Group — the largest and longest-established dealership group in Clare, and one of Ireland's most respected motor groups — is the main dealer for Ford, Hyundai, and Peugeot in the county.
We are now seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy Ennis team. The successful candidate will be the key link between our customers and workshop, ensuring vehicles are serviced and repaired efficiently while delivering exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers, manage bookings, and schedule workshop jobs.
* Provide service estimates, explain required work, and obtain customer consent.
* Liaise with technicians and parts department to ensure smooth workflow.
* Keep customers informed on progress, costs, and completion times.
* Process invoices and maintain accurate service records.
* Promote additional services and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Experience in a service advisor role in the motor industry, or similar customer facing, busy environment.
* Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills.
* Ability to explain technical details clearly to customers.
