Job Title: Project Operations Manager
A highly experienced and skilled Site Manager is required for an immediate start. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction projects to tight deadlines and high standards, with a strong focus on health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
* Manage and control programmes, including the preparation of look-ahead schedules and coordinating with subcontractors.
* Prepare and present progress reports and chair site meetings to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
* Maintain excellent relationships with clients, architects, and engineers through clear and concise communication.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with current Health and Safety Construction regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Manager or equivalent role with a main contractor.
* Experience in various sectors such as education, healthcare, commercial, retail, or residential projects is advantageous.
* A background in engineering or trades is desirable.
* Proficiency in computer literacy, with experience in project coordination and reporting.
* The ability to start immediately and work full-time, permanently based in the Midlands or West of Ireland.
