Job Purpose: The Learning and Development Content Creator is responsible for identifying, designing, and developing programs to enhance individual and organizational performance. The Content Creator also will act as an administrator for the Learning Management System. Principal Accountabilities: Designing and developing training programs to enhance individual and organizational performance. Acting as an administrator for the Learning Management System. Assessing and prioritizing training needs in consultation with the L&D Lead, managers, system owners, and subject matter experts, aligning with the site's strategic goals and Employee Development Plans. Supporting managers and individuals by providing information, advice, and resources to promote a high-performing organization. This includes designing and delivering customized training plans for new and existing employees. Providing guidance in the design of training programs and assisting in evaluating training activities. Core Competencies: Expert knowledge of principles and methods for designing and delivering training material. Strong presentation and training evaluation skills. Strong proficiency in Articulate 360 Software and Excel. Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with strong decision-making skills and influence others positively.
