Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Building Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating all building services activities from specification and procurement through to installation, testing, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all building services activities are coordinated with other construction activities.
* Manage the production of ME coordinated drawings in conjunction with the CSA Works.
* Coordinate with utilities companies to ensure programme compliance.
* Monitor and track progress of the M&E install ensuring adequate resources are consistently provided to meet the programme.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a third level qualification in Engineering or related discipline. You will also need to have strong numeracy and report writing skills, as well as the ability to formulate plans and execute them in line with budget and timeline.
In addition, you should have knowledge of construction techniques and be competent in all aspects of set out, survey, and level, temporary works coordination. You will also need to be able to make informed decisions and know when to escalate.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Third level qualification in Building Services Degree or Building Services Related Diploma or Qualified Trade (M or E) or related discipline.
* 5 years construction experience, Min. 3 years as a Services Co-ordinator.
