As a seasoned Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering collaborative relationships across our organization. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement comprehensive training programs designed to elevate the skills of our leaders and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain strong connections with senior management to ensure seamless compliance with HR policies and procedures.
* Design and deliver bespoke training initiatives for various stakeholders within the business.
* Offer expert guidance and support to line managers on performance evaluation tools and methodologies.
* Provide strategic oversight to the HR function, covering 400+ employees distributed across multiple entities in both Shannon and Dublin regions.
* Compile and present detailed reports on HR, Payroll, and Learning & Development metrics, including Employment Law and HR Policy frameworks.
* Promote positive Employee Relations and Industrial Relations practices throughout the organization.
* Analyse data trends, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of HR interventions.
Requirements
* Demonstrate expertise in maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
* Hold CIPD certification and a third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
* Possess a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in an HR capacity.
* Proven track record of engagement with employee representative bodies.
