Director of Global Compensation Strategy
We are seeking an experienced leader to guide our team in building and delivering innovative compensation products that meet the evolving needs of HR leaders, managers, employees, and partners.
About the Role
* This role is responsible for defining and executing on a global product roadmap that integrates AI/ML capabilities to drive better outcomes for compensation leaders and practitioners.
* The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling compensation products with a focus on integrating AI/ML capabilities.
* A strong understanding of total rewards practices, including experience running a compensation review leveraging predictive or prescriptive analytics is essential.
About You
To succeed in this role you must have:
* A minimum 5 years leadership experience managing global teams preferred;
* 3+ years experience successfully launching and scaling compensation products with a focus on integrating AI/ML capabilities;
