Cost Estimator Leader
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Cost Estimator Leader. This individual will play a key part in our pre-construction team, overseeing the delivery of accurate and reliable cost estimates while collaborating closely with clients, designers, and other stakeholders.
* Develop and implement effective strategies for delivering timely and precise cost estimates.
* Lead and direct the coordination of bid teams, colleagues, and the wider Pre-construction department to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient communication.
* Work closely with clients, designers, quantity surveyors, and other third parties to develop and refine proposals and budget costs.
* Organise and administer tender documents, correspondence, enquiries, and quotations.
* Oversee all aspects of the bid preparation and submission process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
