As a Refrigeration Technician you will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the Scheduling Manager and Contracts Managers:
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM), minor upgrades and reactive repairs
* Accurate and timely reporting, quotations, and site documentation
* Customer-first service, promoting first-time fixes and energy-efficient outcomes
What we're looking for:
* Solas/national craft certificate/trade cert
* Proven experience in fault finding and problem solving
* 'B' category driving license, as this is a field-based role.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Someone who thrives on responsibility, continuous learning, and customer satisfaction
* Identify and report issues during maintenance visits, proposing practical solutions
* Maintain strong communication with your team, other departments, and clients
