I’d appreciate someone who can handle basic grocery lists, follow dietary preferences (I’m vegetarian with occasional fish), and adapt recipes to portion sizes. Experience with meal prepping for two adults, plus light storage and labeling of containers, would be ideal. I’m hoping for assistance 1–2 times per week, 2–3 hours per session, starting in the mornings. Flexibility on days is a plus, and I value punctuality and good communication.
