The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting the smooth and accurate financial operations of the business.Key Responsibilities:• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including data entry of invoices, receipts, payments, and price files.• Reconciling bank statements and credit card accounts.• Maintaining ledgers and ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.• Preparing financial reports and summaries as needed.• Liaising with external accountants and auditors.• Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.• Assisting with inventory management and stock control.Qualifications & Skills:• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar finance role.• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.• Strong organisational and time-management skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Personal Attributes:• Reliable and trustworthy.• Proactive and solution-oriented.• Strong communication skills.• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
