What You'll Be Doing
* Visiting existing and new stockists daily, ensuring products are merchandised and displayed to best-in-class standards.
* Growing strong, trusted relationships with retail and trade partners - positioning the company as their #1 supplier of choice.
* Driving sales growth and product range expansion, increasing volumes and spotting opportunities in your territory.
* Conducting regular store visits and audits, feeding back insights and identifying opportunities to improve.
* Delivering engaging product training sessions to store staff, ensuring they're equipped and excited to promote the brand.
* Supporting the wider business development team with special activities and promotional campaigns.
* Planning your own diary effectively, maximising your coverage and ensuring consistent results.

* Previous experience in field merchandising, sales, or retail is an advantage.
