Job DescriptionResponsibilities: To ensure day to day stadium catering operations and hospitality events are set up as required and in line with business standards Establish and manage daily and weekly event & operations planning meetings to ensure timely and effective communication across the team To liaise with the kitchen, event sales, operations and client teams to deliver successful location operations. Conducts short- and long-term planning and management for the catering service and hospitality events delivery. Contributes to budget planning and objectives and manages within those approved plans.
Provides accurate and timely weekly and month end financial reporting withing business guidelines.Delivers on all food, health and safety requirements in line with business and operational standards, maintaining best practice and auditable excellence for the service and location QualificationsQualificationsMinimum 3 years' experience in event and general management (ideally in a catering and hospitality environment although other industries will be considered)Thorough understanding of the event and operations management process – conception to completionAbility to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, commercial environment while maintaining professional and commercial standardsMeticulous organisational abilities; high attention to detailDemonstrable experience in setting and controlling financial budgets/targets while delivering high compliance with procedural requirementsConcise and effective verbal and written communicationAbility to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspectiveExcellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skillsCreative, positive energy, self-directed, amiable, and composed under pressure; helpful and humbleAdditional InformationFor almost 20 years, for every client, in every location (whether that's an office, stadium, cathedral or university), we have created beautiful spaces, exciting menus and friendly teams, so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.We need the brightest and the best to join us to make this all possible.
