Graduate / Junior Quantity Surveyor Construction & Fit Out Contractor Location: Dublin 2 Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Company An established construction and fit out contractor delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects. With a strong pipeline of work and a growing commercial team, they are now seeking a motivated Graduate or Junior Quantity Surveyor to support project delivery from tender stage through to final account. The Role Working closely with the MD and Project Managers, the successful candidate will be involved in: Assisting with cost planning and estimating Preparing BOQs, tender documents and subcontractor packages Supporting procurement processes and issuing enquiries Measuring and valuing works on-site Assisting with monthly valuations, variations and cost reports Monitoring project costs and ensuring budget control Supporting final account preparation Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and clients Maintaining accurate commercial documentation Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline 03 years experience (placements/internships a plus) Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn from senior team members Proficient with MS Excel; experience with QS software is an advantage A positive, proactive attitude with a desire to grow and progress What They Offer Competitive graduate salary and benefits Excellent mentorship from experienced professionals Clear progression opportunities as the business expands Exposure to a variety of projects (commercial, residential, fit out, refurb)
