They are now in growth phase and are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities and managing strategic commercial partnerships. Key Responsibilities
* Drive strategic business development by building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and identifying new revenue opportunities
* Develop and implement tailored sales strategies, including strong commercial proposals to maximise business growth and market reach.
* Analyse market trends and customer needs to develop sales strategy, while managing a strong sales pipeline and forecasting accurate business development activity.
* Coordinate with internal teams (technical, project management, support) to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
Experience/Requirements
* At least five years' experience in a senior business development or sales role, ideally within the IT solutions or telecommunications sectors.
* Skilled at presenting solutionss, influencing stakeholders, and developing long-term client relationships with a proactive and collaborative approach.
* High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities and a successful track record in negotiating commercial terms and resolving contract-related queries.
