Site Operations Manager
The primary function of this role is to oversee the execution of site activities in a collaborative manner with onsite teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and management.
Planning and supervision of the setup process to ensure all necessary facilities are in place prior to project commencement.
Ensuring adherence to health, safety, environmental, quality, and security (HSEQS) protocols at all times.
Responsible for upholding consistent quality control procedures and reporting findings to the Regional Director.
Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be established to measure the success of the Site Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in construction management.
A degree or trade qualification, combined with 4+ years of experience in a related field, is highly desirable.
