We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the seamless experience of our users by managing maintenance activities, coordinating field service teams, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for support escalations and maintenance scheduling
* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams and service partners
* Log and manage support tickets using helpdesk software
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage
* Communicate updates to customers, partners, and internal teams
* Escalate complex issues to technical support and engineering
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills, experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems, clear communication and customer service skills, and the ability to understand technical documentation and service reports.
Requirements:
* 24 years in technical coordination, field service, or maintenance planning (telecom/energy/facilities/EV a plus)
