The Opportunity
Working within the group’s head office, this person will:
* Provide high-level personal and administrative support to multiple family shareholders.
* Manage complex diaries, travel schedules, and appointments across several time zones.
* Coordinate communication with accountants, service providers, and professional advisers.
* Maintain accurate records, files, and logs related to travel, finance, and documentation.
* Assist with correspondence, meeting notes, and follow-ups to ensure seamless operations.
* Oversee travel bookings, logistics, and event arrangements for both business and personal purposes.
* Support the wider family with day-to-day organisational needs, always maintaining absolute confidentiality.
About You
* 5+ years’ experience providing high-level support to senior executives, family offices, or private clients.
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
* Highly professional, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
* Competent with Microsoft Office and travel or scheduling software.
* Calm, adaptable, and service-oriented, with a genuine commitment to excellence in support.
