Technical Solutions Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working closely with customers to understand their technical needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop deep, trusted advisor relationships with customer business and technical decision-makers.
* Actively engage with customers alongside the sales team to articulate technology and professional services offerings, identify upsell opportunities, and assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs.
* Work closely with the customer, professional services team, and product teams to ensure the successful integration of the platform into the customer's technology ecosystem.
* Collaborate with the account team to secure renewals and develop strategies for scaling accounts.
* Find opportunities for customers to adopt more features and functionalities to increase product stickiness and value.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions consulting, technical account management, or professional services.
* A degree in a technical subject area or equivalent work experience.
* Excellent business acumen with the ability to simplify complex technical subjects for various audiences.
* Strong understanding of APIs and their practical application.
* Experience with generative AI is considered a plus.
