Process Engineer – Medical Device Industry

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead product and process evaluations, ensuring thorough documentation
2. Support manufacturing teams on critical issues, including major customer complaints, line-down situations, and validations
3. Investigate and resolve process deviations, implementing corrective actions
4. Operate and evaluate equipment changes, providing hands-on training to operators
5. Communicate regularly with customers and project managers on project status
6. Serve as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues
7. Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, and quality tools
8. Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety and regulatory requirements
Key Requirements
9. Third-level degree in Engineering or related discipline
10. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar manufacturing or process engineering role
11. Experience within the medical device sector or a regulated industry (advantageous)
12. Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in structured methodologies (., FMEA, root cause analysis)
13. Hands-on experience with process validations, Lean principles, and technical report writing
