Physiotherapy Specialist

Our inpatient physiotherapy team relies on skilled professionals like you to help us assess and manage caseloads related to respiratory, elderly care, orthopedic, and neurology. Your contributions will be invaluable.

* You will manage an outpatient musculoskeletal case load by working closely with the ED and consultant clinics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. * You will collaborate effectively with medical, nursing, and other health professionals to provide optimal patient care guided by best practice standards.
2. * We encourage further development of our Physiotherapy service through active participation in professional growth initiatives. Ensure a safe working environment for patients and staff at all times. Develop comprehensive policies based on industry best practices. Comply with hospital policy regarding reporting procedures in cases of accidents or incidents involving staff or patients Operate within established safety protocols while promoting highest clinical governance standards Attend mandatory training sessions as required St.Michaels Hospital Participate fully Health Safety Legislation departmental policies procedures Adhere flexible responsible approach aspects work Continuous education & Training Provide physiotherapy In-Service Training Journal Club Offer valuable insights colleagues members multidisciplinary team Engage personal development planning performance review self others Establish key Performance Indicators KPI's meaningful metrics improvement activities Regularly audit research findings lead evidence-based New projects agreed senior manager.Out General Participate strategic plan focusing patient centered evidence based Collect evaluate data services identify needs opportunities improvement activities established objectives Monitoring Use records correctly collate monthly demonstrating activity levels pertinent outcome measures Maintain accurate up-to-date detailed patient progress records Maintain stock equipment IT developments relevant role client administration Others assigned Perform appointed tasks.To enhance knowledge skill necessary adapt changing environment.Take advantage new technologies innovations scientific advancements
