Job Title: Marketing Programme Coordinator
This role involves supporting the planning and coordination of marketing-led professional development programmes.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, be a confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, and possess a proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
About the Role
* Schedule and manage logistics for assessments, events, and participant engagement activities
* Liaise with participants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and excellent experience
* Assist in developing and updating marketing and learning materials including brochures, videos, and web content
* Track participant progress and compile personalised development and team reports
* Monitor key metrics and generate reports on programme engagement and outcomes
* Recommend and implement administrative and process improvements
* Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and QA standards
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the planning and coordination of marketing-led professional development programmes

Requirements:
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) a plus training provided
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently
Experience & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years in a similar support, coordination, or customer-facing role
* Background in marketing, communications, education, or professional services preferred
* Relevant qualification in marketing, business, or administration is advantageous but not essential
