Job Purpose
beqom is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Product Design team to conceptualize innovative new product features and functionalities for SaaS-based software in a way that is attractive and convenient for users.
You'll design flows, contribute to a shared design system, and partner closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to bring features to life.
What you'll be doing
Lead design for key product features: research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Contribute to and evolve our design system with components, icons, motion, and documentation.
Design end-to-end user journeys, from onboarding to advanced workflows.
Run usability tests, gather insights, and iterate quickly.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and QA from ideation through to release and iteration.
Advocate for accessibility, clarity, and intuitive UX in every design decision.
What we need
At least five years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related roles.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process, decision-making, and product impact.
Expertise in Figma (or similar tools) + visual design principles.
Experience building or contributing to a UI component library or design system.
Knowledge of accessibility (e.g. WCAG) and enterprise usability best practices.
Excellent communication: you can explain design decisions clearly and adapt based on feedback.
Bonus points if you have
Experience with data visualization or dashboard design.
Prototyping / coding experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
Motion design – animations, micro-interactions.
Experience working in Agile teams.
Experience shipping accessible products at WCAG 2.0 AA+ standard.
Designing for mobile or responsive enterprise applications.
