Murphy is recruiting for a Senior SHESQ Advisor to work with our
Energy and Industry
team on our Ballyroe Solar Farm.

What You Will Be Doing
* Assisting in maintenance of the Safety Management System, Environmental Management System and Quality Management Systems and to ensure continued compliance with ISO 45001, ISO14001 and ISO 9001.
* Carrying out inductions
* Producing monthly statistics
* Champion Culture Development Programme (behaviour-based safety programme)
* Carry out and document site audits and inspections.
* Keeping up to date with changes in safety, health and environmental legislation and
* construction industry guidance.
* Ensuring personnel on site have the pre-requisite training records.
* Investigating, logging, and monitoring of Incidents and Non-conformances
* Completing all necessary report forms
* Identifying significant safety impacts for work areas and helping set-up of appropriate controls
* Ensure all safety and environmental records are kept and readily available.
* Prepare and present toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings.
* Review subcontractor documentation.
Who We Are Looking For
* Higher Diploma in Health & Safety
* Minimum of 3 years relevant experience on civils and renewables projects.
* Solar Farm Construction experience advantageous.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with one or more teams.
* Good IT skills with a high attention to detail
* A flexible and proactive approach
* Demonstrate leadership skills.
