We are seeking an experienced Reception Manager to join our team at a highly regarded 4-star hotel in Carlow. As a key member of the front office operations, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests. You will lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional guest service standards, train staff on company policies and procedures, and manage time and attendance records. In addition, you will oversee reservations and maximize room revenue through up-selling opportunities, handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, and participate in department meetings and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth shift operations and uphold all company standards

• Supervise staff scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a reception supervisory or management role within a hotel environment
• Natural leadership with a customer-first mindset
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in front office systems and booking platforms (training provided if needed)
