Reliability Maintenance Engineering Team Lead
A key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our equipment.
* Supervise technicians to maintain high standards and implement upgrades to enhance operational excellence.
* Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
* Utilize visual checks, condition-based monitoring, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running at maximum capacity.
Key Responsibilities
* Safety and Compliance: Demonstrate best practice on using equipment safely and monitor teams to ensure adherence to correct processes.
* Maintenance Planning: Keep track of equipment performance through regular assessments and schedule additional servicing when required.
* Leadership and Development: Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers.
* Problem-Solving: Solve issues in equipment to minimize downtime and optimize operations.
* Continuous Improvement: Support efforts to find ways to continually improve systems and standardize processes across the organization.
A Day in the Life
You will spend your shifts leading a team to ensure everyone has the equipment they need and that it's running properly. This involves monitoring processes to guarantee compliance with regulations and policies, as well as performing preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. You'll also suggest improvements to make our systems more efficient and productive, and then implement those improvements across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A full Engineering indentured Advance Apprenticeship or qualified to a minimum of NFQ Level 6 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject.
* Relevant experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
* Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
