The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
* Scheduling meetings and managing meeting rooms
* Issuing visitor access cards and managing office access
* Supporting the Office Manager with administrative tasks
* Handling all calls, post and emails in a professional manner
* Performing other ad hoc tasks as required
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience working in a front of house role or similar environment
* Excellent communication and administrative skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
