Overview Amicus have been engaged by a growing Southside based Practice who seek to attract a talented Tax Director to compliment their existing team.
The role will largely be a Tax Planning focused role and the firm can further offer flexible working arrangements.
The role will largely focus on corporate re-organisation's (share for share swaps, insertion of corporate structures, hive outs etc) and investment structures.

Project managing tax planning assignments to ensure timely delivery Researching technical queries and preparing reports and advisory letters Reviewing client base to identify tax planning opportunities The Person Self motivated individual who wishes to work in a growing and dynamic practice on high level planning assignments Organised with a strong focus on delivering projects in a timely manner Demonstrable relationship management skills Prior people and practice management experience required.
