Food & Beverage Supervisor
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will demonstrate a high level of service, attention to detail for exceptional guests’ satisfaction and positive associate relations. We are looking for a food & beverage professional with leadership and organizational skills to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the supervision of the hotel’s food and beverage and banquet operations, including administrative duties, assisting in training and motivating the best food and beverage service talent, supervising the floor, and communicating with the culinary and kitchen team.
Responsibilities
Supervising hotel restaurant operations
Administrative skills
Greeting guests and responding to queries
Expediting orders as needed
Scheduling team appropriately with Manager
Time management and problem‑solving skills
Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs
Assisting in training and mentoring new associates
Supervising, supporting and working AM and PM shifts
Communicating with culinary and kitchen teams
Requirements
Have a keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills
Supervising experience is preferred but not necessary
Pleasant and friendly demeanor
Able to work as a team and independently
Flexible working hours
Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high‑performance standards
Physical mobility and stamina
Must be able to pass a background check
Ability to follow instructions
