Job Title: Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that all work is carried out accurately and efficiently within defined constraints.
About the Role:
* Monitoring and controlling the operation of our treatment plant, in accordance with site procedures and protocols;
* Preparation of regular reports detailing plant performance and significant activities;
* Organisation of maintenance and repair activities to ensure optimum plant performance and equipment life;
* Sourcing and dealing with vendors for fault finding/equipment repair/Plant improvements;
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Skills And Qualifications:
* An Engineering degree or Management degree
time management skills & (Self-motivated individual), people management skills (Effective communication), problem-solving & troubleshooting mechanical, process & electrical problems
