Corporate Finance Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance professional to join our M&A team in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with 5+ years of experience in corporate finance to take on key roles in transaction management, financial modelling, and due diligence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day activities related to M&A mandates from initial meetings through closing.
* Overseeing complex financial modelling and valuations as well as reviewing due diligence findings.
* Directing the preparation and review of critical documentation including pitch books, teasers, management presentations, and valuation reports.
The successful candidate will be able to develop thorough understanding of client requirements while working closely with colleagues ensure proper execution at all times.
