Job Title: Care Services Manager
Overview
The role of a Care Supervisor is a vital link between our office team, healthcare assistants, and clients. As a key member of the homecare team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care by supporting staff in the field, monitoring standards, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced supervisor to provide field supervision and support to healthcare assistants. Conducting client reviews and assessments to ensure care plans remain accurate and effective, overseeing scheduling and coordination of healthcare assistant hours, delivering company inductions and ongoing training sessions, and managing PPE supplies and ensuring staff compliance with health and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
* Provide field supervision and support to healthcare assistants.
* Conduct client reviews and assessments to ensure care plans remain accurate and effective.
* Oversee the scheduling and coordination of healthcare assistant hours.
* D deliver company inductions and ongoing training sessions for new and existing staff.
* Manage PPE supplies and ensure staff compliance with health and safety protocols.
* Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and best practice standards.
* Support the care managers in ensuring exceptional quality of service and client satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A QQI Level 6 qualification in Healthcare or equivalent.
* Experience working with older people (preferred but not essential).
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
* A full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* A kind, proactive, and professional approach with a genuine passion for person-centred care.
