The Role: As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you'll work alongside senior commercial staff to help deliver construction projects on time and within budget.
You'll support cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration, while gaining hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Assist with cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions Monitor and report on project costs and budgets Support procurement and contract documentation Measure and value completed works for payment certification Maintain accurate records, reports, and valuations Contribute to risk management, variations, and claims Assist with final accounts and project close-out Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders Skills & Qualifications Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field Strong numerical and analytical ability Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment IT proficiency (Excel, Word, QS tools) Knowledge of Irish construction standards (desirable) Previous industry experience (placement/internship) is an advantage Full, clean driving licence preferred This is a super opportunity with a very well respected and well regarded employer, these Junior opportunities do not come around often so make sure to get in touch
